How to configure Splash Screen Webpart ? There is no information available regarding how to add images and content in Webpart.

@pratikdarak21 sorry, do you mean the Hero web part? There is no out-of-the-box web part called Splash Screen.

There is out-of-box Webpart available for Splash Screen. Refer below screenshot for details. But, no information available regarding how to configure it.
