I'm having a rough time getting distribution lists to show up in the share menu for SharePoint Online. Before you ask, no, this is not a means of providing permissions. I'm fully aware this is not capable, and I've set up explicit permissions for the necessary users. We only need this as a means to broadcast updates as necessary to a bunch of people without typing 30 names each and every time. Consolidating it to one email makes things so much easier.
Currently we're using M365 Admin Center to make these distributions lists, they are not on-prem. It appears that none of them are appearing. Is there a possibility to get this to sync so they become available?
