I'm looking to know in a situation where a on premise site must be recreated from scratch on a cloud SharePoint site, what is the best practice for the creation of the content (artifacts, content types, columns ....):
- Create directly through the SP online UI
- Create custom solutions to deploy the content on the online site (any subseq. modification to be pushed with code)
Which is the proper approach ?
