How do I block guests from adding other guests/sharing files (by site)

I'm setting up a series of 'shared' folders for a bunch of clients in a site dedicated to giving clients a bit more access to our system. This is specifically so they can upload files to us so I'm assuming it can't be 'read only'.
Invites are set to 'Specific people' and they need to verify to gain access. So far, so good. 

I noticed that external shares can still invite others to the folder and share files within it. How do I block this for guests (for just this site).

I'm aware of the setting "Allow guests to share items they don't own" in the Sharepoint organisation policy settings but I'm really after the site only version of this. Is this possible and if so, how?
