How can we get the Link of a custom content type in SharePoint for a specific item ID

I have a scenario where there are 2 levels of approvers for the request raised in SharePoint list item. I have created 2 different content type forms for 2 different levels of approvers based on the content they have to update.

Now how can I get the link of each content type based on the specific item ID.

I am able to get the link for a content type but i am failing to get the link of content type for specific item id where the approver can update the details into that item.

@Lakshmi_Bhavani Are you trying to assign multiple content types to single list item?

I think one list item can have only one content type assigned to it at any point in time.
