Help to make this status column read only if it's in closed state

In SharepointOnline, I have created list of issue tracker in which issue status is Open & Closed.
How to make this status column read only automatically if it's in closed state.

How I can achieve this via JSON?

@Naveen44 JSON only affects how the various columns are displayed, you can't use it to change a column to read-only.  To do this you'll need to use a form customised with Power Apps so that if the status column equals "Closed" then the display mode is set to "View".
