Hello our local police department sent me a link in regards to a freedom of information act request I made. The link takes me to a sign in for Microsoft office pro for business. I don't have a pro account. We are a small non profit. How can I view these files? Tried to chat with support was told they are not trained in SharePoint gave me an 800 that wouldn't let me speak to a person but gave me a website that I can't log in to with a personal account
