Granular Permissions for Web Parts on Modern Pages (Sharepoint)

Copper Contributor

I apologies in advance if this has already been asked & answered...

I'm in need of allowing an individual to maintain (modify content, make visible, or hide as needed) a single text web part that appears on a page they cannot modify any other portion.

The scenario:  Marketing team needs to place promotion and/or notice on a page that should otherwise never have the rest of its content modified, accidentally deleted, etc.

Thank you in advance for any help you can provide!

Unfortunately that's not possible Today...there is not way to set granular permissions on specific parts of a page

Thank you for the info.  That's very unfortunate.  Hopefully it will be an option in the future.

As a temporary workaround, I'll attempt to use the "Embed", "Highlighted Content", or "Sites" web parts to show content that is actually generated from outside of the restricted SharePoint page.

Please let me know if you know of any other "hacks" that might serve as better options.
