Grant the different access to share point users

Hi 

I would like to know the way how to grant the different access to share point users.

Since we hope only admin users have the access to “Export to excel” function of share point.

The other user could not use “Export to excel” function.

@Tiffany_Jo In general SharePoint has three level of access Admin, Contributor /Editor and Readers, Export to excel functionality only allows data to be downloaded and not edited hence all users have access that is least level Readers as well.

There is no standard way of not allowing Export to excel to other users except Admin.
