Forms webpart theme

There seems to be a change to the MS Forms webpart this morning and it's not clear where the theme is being adopted from.

It doesn't appear to be from MS Forms or from the SharePoint site it's displayed on.

Is it just a new setting that can't be changed or is it reading from the tenant theme?

@Graeme_Findlay it arrived with us a few days back and it's certainly welcome that the title of the form in the Forms web part now has a colour, as I think it looked awful before with no background and no colour. But unfortunately there's no setting to change the colour yet.
