I'm creating shared folder links via the REST API which are sent to customers via email. The folder is available to anyone who has the link.
When I try to access the link for the first time the folder opens in the browser but then refreshes to show the access denied screen. If I then try to access the link again it opens normally and allows me to view, download and upload files.
I don't understand why I get the access denied the first time but not the second time.
