Hi, I got a request to modify an existing SharePoint application to show only active projects in the project dropdown.
So I added a field "Active" as a yes/no field and also "ActiveProject" as a calculated field to show the project name when "Active" is yes and else show blanks.
But when I change the Project list to ActiveProject, all the current selected values of inactive projects show blanks (which makes sense). The dropdown only shows active projects.
Any ideas on how to still show the current values even when the project is inactive? Or a workaround? Tia!
