File intelligence hover card -- Inside Look availability?

At Ignite 2018 Microsoft announced the File Intelligence card. This is marked as 'end of 2018' I noticed this wasn't included in the recent Content Services update. @Chris McNulty @Mark Kashman any update on 2019 availability? Thanks!

@John Wynne its looks like thus us available now in 365.

You can edit the "at a glance" recommendations which is nice.
