Fields continue to appear even as hidden in the Content Type

Hello! I have a list and fields randomly appear in the Form New and Edit Form even if configured as hidden in the Content Type.

What could be happening?

It still persists. Is there a possibility of via Power Automate to periodically force fields to hidden?
