Lookups in Microsoft Lists are great. The only problem is that they do not reflect backwards as discussed here:

For every Airtable user this is a no-brainer feature to add to lists. If you have to tables: Companies and Contacts, of course, when you add a company to a contact, you also want the Company to show all contacts.
Please consider adding this feature.
For extra points, being able to create a new entry in the linked list would be great.
