Failed to import existing SharePoint list

I am having the same issue for the first time today. Other developers in my organization are too. I have tried it on several SharePoint sites with different lists and I get an error message every time.

It seems there is a bug in the creation of lists from Excel. I would recommend to open a support ticket, even I guess this bug might be well know by the team

Thank you for your reply. Here are the columns. Last week I'm still able to import the list as usual. Out of a sudden, cannot do it now. Maybe SharePoint got the update.
