Exclude current page from news feed web part

We use a news feed part on news post pages to show "recent posts" (similar to many blogs). It doesn't make sense to include the current page in that feed so is there a way to exclude it? Able to use PnP modern search too if that's a better option.

@matt howell Follow the steps:

1. Set "Title" field of each news site page with some unique title
2. Go to news page, edit news web part added on the page.
3. Set Filters conditions like this: 
4. It will exclude the current page with mentioned title from news web part.
