Event id 8010 - Document Management Server- Content Organizer

Hi : We are getting this error every week in sharepoint 2013  production which is related to content organizer. Is there any solution that i can resolve this error?

Here is  the error which we are getting? 

Content Organizer processing for site https://sitemaster- encountered an error.

Error:  System.ArgumentException: EmailSubmittedRecordsListID

Hi,

Is the document getting uploaded to Drop-off library? and any alerts are configured on any of the libraries in the site?

What is the current patch level of your farm to see if any latest service pack or CU has a fix for this?

Did this feature ever worked before for you,If you`re not using this feature you can deactivate it .

Is this information registered in the Farm Logs or is there more details you can share?
Have you tried the feature on different sites?
