Our company utilises SharePoint Online for their intranet and one of the things we're really trying to drive is self-service by allowing users to submit news articles. Currently we have a Power Automate flow which enables an approval process for this.
The problem I'm facing is that in order for a user to be able to submit a news post, they must have edit rights to be able to create the new page in the first place. However, we don't want users being able to edit any of the many pages that make up the rest of the site.
Is there any kind of permissions solution for this? I'm not sure the best way to achieve such a thing!
