Several blogs have mentioned new PowerShell commands for SharePoint 2016 that include the ability to set IP address allow lists for SharePoint site collections and web apps, such as "Enable-SPIPRangeAllowList". I've linked to one of the blogs below. Some indicate that this was available in the preview.

However, I did a "Get-Command" in PowerShell in SharePoint 2016 RTM and do not see this command. Anyone know if this was pulled from the RTM? If so, is there any plan to support this?
And finally... if this is not a SharePoint feature, any recommendations on how one might enable it?
