EMAIL SHARING WITH MY TEAM

I am new on SharePoint so I dont know how can I do or is it possible to do


I'm gonna basicly try to understand with an example below

 

Example:

I have 3 folders in my outlook like JAMES, SUE, JOHAN and I'm throwing them like to the JAMES folder for emails related James' tasks. My issue is James must see an email in his folder on sharepoint or one drive at the same time with I throwed one to his folder on my outlook account. 

 

Is there a way to do this on share point? Or any others you know pls tell me.

It is a little difficult to understand what you are attempting here. 

 

If you created 3 document libraries in SharePoint called James/Sue/Johan and permissioned them so that each of those users could see those document libraries your could use OneDrive Sync Client to have those files on your computer and be able to drag any emails to those folders. 

 

It may be an opportunity to look at how you work as a Team, might be better ways that saving emails for each other such as a task list or Planner.
