Hi Guys

Does anybody experience some kind of issue with editing data in document libraries in SharePoint?

I have a 2 document libraries with several content types and when i select a document and want to edit the metadata. The columns do not show up and the edit form just keeps loading withput showing anything, the same behavior when i click 'edit all'.

you can allow management of content types in the library advanced settings:

After that you can manage your content types in the library settings and can add columns to the content type. You can also manage your content types in the site settings and you can add the content types to your library.

In the information panel, with the right choice and settings, you see the content type and the added columns:
