Does MS E5 license includes MS Teams Premium?

Our organisation is trying to add custom wallpaper for Teams and realised that it requires Teams Premium to use this feature. I was wondering if MS E5 license will include Teams Premium to use?

@Devi_25 Microsoft Teams Premium is a Teams add-on license that allows organizations with Microsoft 365 subscriptions to enhance their Teams experience.
