Document Management columns only for documents

Hello, I have created a simple document management library, where I have added some columns. These columns are showing not only for the files but also for the folders. Since the information in the columns for the folders are empty, I run into problems when I want to create some Power Automate Flows that check audit dates and sends an email to the designated approver.... Is there some way to delete these columns only for folders, but to keep them for all files?

I follow this post. Have been having the same question for some time.

@spehe out-of-the-box there is no way to  delete columns from the folders but show then with files. The library is the same for both.
