We are having a strange issue on a users account, we have switched hardware for the user and the issue seems to be following their account. In a workflow when a document is sent to the user for approval. the "Open this task" banners do not show in office, they click the link to open the document and all that happens is the document will download twice and both will be offline copies not linked to the document library. This is across all browsers.
All other users can click the task buttons and or go to the tasks in sharepoint and click any document link and it will open the document linked to the sharepoint library.
