Document library with customized form failes for readonly user

Hello,

in SharePoint Online, I have created a document library and use a customized form (Power App) to show the properties of an item. But if I click on "details" in the context menu, the ordinary details pane pops up, and only if I click on "edit all" the customized form is used. But how can a visitor (user with read permissions) open the customized form in view mode?
