We have a new large document library for our customer folders (1 week old). Our users use search exclusively to find a folder in the library. Most of our folder names are upper case. Some folders do not appear in search results if you search for the upper case name. But they will appear in search results if you use lower case.
Folders: ALL MY TECH, ALL MY PEOPLE, ALL MY STUFF, All My Goodness
Search : "ALL MY" (none of the folders appear in results)
Search : "all my" (all the folder appears in results)
Search : "aLL MY" (all the folder appears in results)
Can someone please explain what is happening, if we can fix it?
