Document Library is not loaded to some members

Hello Professors,

I created the document Library on the page. However, few members cannot loaded the document library. Do you guys know why it is now loaded on them? Their membership is available to access all files and documents

Have you checked if they get any error code in Web browser console ?

Error code was 404. However, it is keep happening on new members. Old members can see the document libraries on each page.  I have no idea what happen is going on sharepoint.
