Display SharePoint Online Quick Chart Values as Percentages

I have a SharePoint list with a column that displays numbers as percentages. When using this data in a quick chart web part within a SharePoint online page, the values are displayed as decimals. 

Is there any way to display these values as percentages? I cannot find any option to modify the value format within the quick chart or page settings.

There isnt a way to do that, only work around would be to label the vertical Axis as a Percentage. 

The Pie chart which you have probably seen does percentages.

That is unfortunate, I feel even the most basic chart functionality should include the option to display values as percents or inherit column formatting from the SharePoint list.
