Currently we have 2 scopes to enable/disable commenting on modern pages:-
1. Per modern page
2. Globally. apply to all site collections
but can i keep commenting enabled globally, while disable it on specific site collections only (mainly on one communication site and one modern team site)?
Thanks

No, it won't
@Juan Carlos González Martínok fine, but let say in the future i need to allow this site collection to follow the global settings (enabled or disabled) can i do this? or since i define it to have unique settings for the commenting then i can not force to follow the global settings anymore?

The global setting may not reflect if you change site settings manually, like you can do for each individual page.
@Shijurajok i got your point, but if in the future i want to apply the global setting on the site collection, can i do it? or if i force the site collection to have unique settings for the "Commenting" through the power-shell command you shared, then i can not force it to get the global setting anymore? did u get my point?
