Deleting SharePoint site with linked Teams

Hi all,

I have a site (site A) and documents from site A were migrated to site B.

Site A has a Teams linked to it. If I were to delete site A, would it remove the Team and the teams conversation along with it?

If so, is there a way to unlink the Teams from site A and re-link the Teams to site B?

@meyo89 Hello, this is what you'll see if you press delete on a site with a connected group.

No, you cannot unlink Teams from a site, but you can connect site B to a new Microsoft 365 group and when that has been done you can add Teams to it.
