Delete or hide profile contact information from sharepoint users

Greetings, 

 

For the past few months I have been working on Intranet using Shrepoint and I would like to ask about an issue I have with the platform. My main task right now is to hide or delete contact information and files that display on user's profile when someone is looking on them. 

 

I have been looking for this and I have found the settings in Manage User Properties to hide or delete the things  from admin center but unfortunately with no results.
