Dashboard required to show how many items in each view

Copper Contributor

I have many views which shows items in the different stages of the process. I need to create a oversight view so the team can see how many items are in each view. So they can see from this one view how many items are in the outstanding view, step 1 view, step 2 view, completed.

I have set up a excel web access, but wondering if there is a better way?

@Michuk the simplest way is to create a new view called Dashboard and in the settings set the Group by to the column which has the status:

Thanks this gives me some ideas. The dashboard needs to show number of items in each view/different lists/libraries.

@Michuk if I was doing a dashboard based on multiple lists/libraries I would use Power Apps with the different lists as the data source. The Power Apps web part could then display the dashboard on a SharePoint page.
