Customize filters in SPO Search Results page

Hello!

Is there a way to customize the filter options within the OOTB SharePoint Online search results page?

We added meta data choice fields to our files and I would like to add filters allowing users to filter by this meta data.

Search > Show more results > Filters:

Unfortunately there is not a way to have custom filter / refiners in modern search...I know this is something that is coming, but no ETA yet...I expect we will have more news at Ignite about this
