In my organisation which is a Health care provider, we have many changes in ward and division naming. When they close we open new ones. We have three sites.
Can I create one list in SharePoint that will interact with the application that contains the information so when that is updated it updates my SharePoint list?
We use this in many of the Powerapps applications and SharePoint Sites so will assist in keeping them all up to date and Sync'd
