Create button in menu bar of document library

Hello all,

I want to create a button at the menu bar of a document library. The button needs to start a flow and send some variables with it. The variables will contain some information about the site like site name and url. 

How can I add such a button

I already googled but I only came across solutions that adds an button to a column but I don't want that.
