Create Alerts via Windows Explorer view

We use Windows Explorer and document library syncing to access our SharePoint libraries.  I can right click a file or folder and share, however, would be nice to be able to right click a file or folder to create alerts instead of requiring me top use the web interface to setup an alert..

I am afraid to state that alert feature is not available in Windows Explorer as alert is native feature of SharePoint and can only be configured using Web.
