Crawl Azure Files Share from SharePoint Online

Is it possible to crawl/index content from Azure File Shares and surface it in the SPO search?

No through SPO Search, but yes through Microsoft Search and by using a Microsoft Search Connector and configuring SPO to use Microsoft Search. Bear in mind that some Microsoft Search features are not GA yet

@Juan Carlos González Martín  thanks for the pointer, the Connector however seems to be for on premises file
