Couldn't use the new Lists Form in My Lists

We have one particular user who couldn't use the new Lists forms storing in My Lists (no Forms button), but it works fine for saving lists in SP.

Already fully rolled out to our tenant, only a single is having this issue.

hmm, have you this issue also on new lists? Does the user sync the list offline?

Already tried old and new lists, offline and online sync; none of them works.

This only happened to lists stored in MY LISTS.

if it is only with the user, it must be a user-related problem. Have you checked the site and list permissions?

I compared the site/list permissions with other user accounts; nothing unusual. Sharing files and lists with other users work fine.
I assume you also have eliminated any cache issues by running the list in a private window? Did you check developer mode? Are there any errors in the console window when you load the page?

I'm sure there is no cache issues here, also tried with differ browsers and machines.

Just checked it again today, it's now showing up.

It looks like Ms has fixed it.
