Conversation thread for several teams teams

I have several Sharepoint sites and Teams teams in my Sharepoint architecture, I would like to create a conversation thread for all these Teams teams, what is the best way to proceed?

I have several Teams teams. I wonder how I can create a conversation inside my Sharepoint/Teams organisation and open this conversation to all my Teams team.

So, in teams you can't get conversations from different channels or teams in a unified chat/conversation.

My recommendation if it's country/area/department is to use Viva Engage instead and have the conversations there, while teams is more for projects
