Control access to a list or document library based on persons selected in a "Person" Coumn

Hello. 

Thanks in advance for any suggestions. 

I am trying to do the following: 

• I have a document library with various folders. 
• I have a column for the salesmen where I select the salesman associated with the folder. 
• My question is whether it is possible to control the access to the folders based on the person who is indicated in the folder column.

@ACorbin You can try using Power Automate to manage access to folder based on person column.

Creating a separate library with broken inheritance might be a better solution depending on how many you need to create. Breaking permissions at item/folder level can easily get out of hand.
