I am the SharePoint admin for my company and we have multiple data in different sharepoint sites. Was wondering what is the best practice so consolidate all of them into one considering everything contains unique permissions.
Per modern experience in SharePoint Online, the best practice is to adopt HUB MECHANISM for better user experience. Hub site structure provides common navigational structure, look and feel, and search across associated sites. A hub should also be considered its own unit of work that brings together numerous other sites.
