Connect-SPOService not working?

Hi All, 

 We are having issues connecting to SharePoint Online via PowerShell using Connect-SPOService ?

We have tried reinstalling the Microsoft.Online.SharePoint.PowerShell module (v. 16.0.23508.12000) but continue to have the issue.

We are receiving the following error: Connect-SPOService : Site is not a tenant admin site.

when using:
Connect-SPOService -url https://<TenantDomain>-admin.sharepoint.com

We have even tried copying the URL from the Admin portal?

Has anyone else had this issue?

@HLUALHT Strange issue!

Are you able to connect to SharePoint admin center using same URL with PnP PowerShell? Check if once just to make sure it works with it.
