We have a document library in Sharepoint Online (SPO), which is used by external partners, in order to gather resources about our products.
Before our organisation migrated to SPO all manuals, photos and resources would be compiled in one single folder. However today, all the files (photos, instruction manuals, videos, etc) are stored in the folders corresponding to the appropriate file category.
This is the requirement:
Is it possible for me to create conditional navigation "layout" (if you will) for members of the organisation, so the organisational members see a complete list of all the files instead of having to click through numerous of folders?
