Hi all,
I just create some calendar in a sharepoint site with an approval flow and they are working well.
But I noticed that the users are able to create an event list at the same time of another event list.
For example:
User A creates an event from 12PM to 02PM
User B creates an event from 12PM to 02PM
And both can create these events without any error message. Assuming that my calendar is to book a room, we expect no concurrent events, right?
So, I created two new columns to set as unique ID then set these columns to be used as Start Date and End Date.
Nice! Now, the example above was solved, but we fall to scenario below:
User A creates an event from 12PM to 02PM - Succesfully
User B creates an event from 12:30PM to 01:30PM - Succesfully
Anyone can help on how to prevent users to create concurrent event lists?
Thanks in advance.
