Hi @User221455

The Approve/Reject appears as part of Require content approval for submitted items setting from your SharePoint document library.

If you set it to NO, the Approve/Reject menu will not appear for anyone.

The approval is happening though power automate so this is not used by anyone

@User221455 Are you trying to hide the approval button based on permissions or for all users?

You cannot hide options under ellipses (...) using JSON formatting. You can only hide options from command bar at the top.

If you want to hide for all users, turn off approval settings as suggested by @NanddeepNachan . You can find this setting at List settings > Versioning settings. Follow documentation for more information: Require approval of items in a list or library

Hi @User221455

In that case, follow below steps

1. Go to Settings of list /library

2. Open Versioning settings

3. Under Content Approval, For Require content approval for submitted items?, set the value to No.
