Code to sign did not received

Hi,

I want to open up the Share point group and I need to sign in. When I was signing in, it says it'll send a code for me to sign in. But, I didn't received any code. After I clicked the Next button and wait for it to send me the code, it didn't. Is there any other way to sign in?
