Really not sure why when applying clock in and out on a document library that the users who use the Sync function have issues with the files and folders showing as read only. Surely this Sync through OneDrive is just a link. Its very frustrating as we have several users who use the synced to replicate the look of mapped drives.
As soon as the Clock in/out is disabled the users are fine to use as editors etc
Any help would be appreciated
