Checklist Individual Employees

I am creating an onboarding for new employees with my company on my sharepoint site, using a checklist.  Is there anyway to make an employee specific checklist, where when each employee logs in for the first time they have the same list, and they can check off the list themselves without it interfering with others?

@adamsellsnj yes this can probably done with Power Apps as the front end.
