The following issue occurs when synchronizing changes between Project and a Task List in SharePoint Online:
Project overwrites any change made to online Timelines in the SharePoint Task List.
The result is that the Timelines in both Project and SharePoint online reflect what was in Project and does not include the changes made online. Items that are overwritten include any task or milestone added to the timeline in SharePoint and any new timeline added (for instance, if a third timeline is added in SharePoint and there are just two in Project, after the sync there will be just the two online, reflecting what was in Project).
Is this the expected behavior? Can anyone else confirm it?
Project Version is 1802 (Build 9029.2253 Click-to-run)
